Our Focus: Creating More Advocates for the Natural World Through Education and Inspiration
We aim to help educate and inspire the next generation of sound recordists, conservationists, stewards, artists and passionate advocates of the natural world, deepening their relationship with the earth through sound. It is only by advancing our individual and collective understanding of the role that natural sound plays as a critical barometer for the health of our planet that we can more actively engage in the conversation about the vital links between nature and human well-being and be moved to act.

Martyn Stewart has spent his lifetime in nature. Amassing the world’s largest private collection of nature sounds and soundscapes…. And now, rather than sell his collection - he has decided to share it through a unique curriculum of programs spanning from elementary school to professional musicians and composers.
By teaming up with a global network of sound recordists – TLP delivers programs designed to teach the art of listening to nature and sound recording to the next generation of recordists, conservationists, stewards, artists and passionate advocates of the natural world.
